The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal between Prosperity Hive and the client, not by these Terms. These Terms govern use of the Site itself and general aspects of our working relationship that apply across all clients.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Booking a Call

Scheduling a discovery call through the Site does not create a service agreement or any obligation for either party. A formal engagement begins only once both parties agree to a defined scope of work, typically following an audit or consultation.

Payment Terms

Client engagements are billed through invoicing, not through automated payment processing on the Site. Payment terms, including amounts and due dates, are specified on each invoice or in the applicable service agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current. We do not store or process credit card information through the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the overall design, is the property of Prosperity Hive and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Deliverables created for a specific client engagement, such as CRM configurations, automation workflows, or custom content, are governed by the terms of that client's service agreement, which takes precedence over this section.

Results and Outcomes

Any results, case studies, or statistics referenced on the Site, including lead generation or conversion figures, reflect the specific circumstances of that client and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other business. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, individual effort, and existing business infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.
