Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide.

Discovery call bookings. When you book a call through our Calendly scheduling tool, we collect your name, email address, and the scheduling details you provide, such as date, time, and any notes.

Email newsletter subscribers. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, whether through a form on the Site or through a freebie delivered via direct message after commenting on one of our social media posts, we collect your name and email address through our email marketing provider, Flodesk. New subscribers go through a double opt-in process, meaning you must confirm your email address by clicking a link in a confirmation email before you are added to our active mailing list.

Information from social media interactions. If you comment on or engage with our content on Instagram or Facebook and choose to receive a freebie or resource, we use ManyChat to send you a direct message containing a link to a Flodesk form. To receive the freebie, you must fill out that form with your email address. The form discloses that submitting it also subscribes you to our email newsletter, and submitting the form delivers your freebie and subscribes you to the newsletter, subject to the double opt-in confirmation described above.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through tools provided by Google (Google Analytics, implemented via Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Meta Pixel). These tools collect data such as pages viewed, time spent, and general device and location information. This automatically collected information does not include your name or contact details unless you separately provide them through a form. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through the tools listed above to operate, analyze, and improve the Site, and to measure marketing performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, schedule and manage discovery calls, send email newsletters and marketing communications to subscribers who have opted in, understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, and measure the performance of our marketing efforts.

We only send marketing emails to people who have affirmatively opted in through a Flodesk signup form and confirmed their subscription through our double opt-in process. We retain contact form submissions and booking information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, generally no longer than two years unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship. Email subscriber information is retained for as long as you remain subscribed, and is removed upon unsubscribe in accordance with our email provider's standard practices.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of your data, or withdraw consent you previously gave us. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
