A real estate marketing consultant with an enterprise background

I am Melissa Baton, founder of Prosperity Hive. Before building real estate marketing systems for agents in the United States, I spent years inside large-scale digital platforms, work that shapes how I approach every real estate CRM setup, automation, and website build today.

At BOSCH, I worked as Online Solution Designer and Product Owner for the Bosch Car Service website, managing performance and consistency across 42 countries. Before that, at Tradebyte Software, a Zalando subsidiary, I started as an intern, moved into an Account and Operations Manager role, and was then promoted to Executive Project Manager and Product Owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud, where I spent three years redesigning sales workflows, leading CPQ integration, and consolidating data across systems to deliver accurate reporting for leadership.
