Most real estate marketing is scattered across tools that do not talk to each other. The value shows up when they are connected and built around how your specific business operates.

Real estate CRM setup

Pipeline stages and automations built around how you actually work.

You are never asked to pick from a menu before you understand what your business actually needs. A free discovery call leads to an Infrastructure Audit, which identifies the real gaps and recommends a starting point.

Common questions

Do I need all five services, or can I just get one?

Most engagements start with whatever the audit identifies as the most urgent gap, often CRM setup or the website, and expand from there if it makes sense for your business. The audit decides the starting point, not a fixed rule about how many services you need.

How do I know which service I actually need?

That is what the Infrastructure Audit is for. Rather than guessing from a list of service names, a short discovery call identifies what is actually missing in your specific business and recommends a starting point from there.

Are these one-time projects or ongoing services?

A mix. CRM setup, marketing automation, website and SEO, and Meta ads are typically one-time Foundation Builds. Email marketing is delivered through an ongoing Growth Retainer, since cadence and content get built together once you're a client. Ongoing maintenance for any of the one-time builds is also available through the Growth Retainer.

Is content creation included in any of these services?

Not as a default. Each service covers the infrastructure: the CRM, the automation logic, the website's technical foundation, compliant ad campaigns, or defined email sequences. Ongoing content creation, like blog writing or social media posting, is not part of the current standard offer.
