How it works

From a conversation to a finished system

Four stages, no contract required until the scope is actually defined. Here's exactly what happens at each one.

Stage one

Discovery call

A free thirty-minute conversation about your business, where things currently stand, and what is actually getting in the way. Not a sales pitch, a real conversation. You'll leave knowing whether it makes sense to go further, and so will I.

Typical duration: 30 minutes, scheduled within a few days

Stage two

Infrastructure audit

A real look at your CRM, website, ad accounts, and email setup, identifying the actual gaps. This is what defines the scope of any work that follows. You can decide not to move forward after this step, and you'll still walk away understanding your situation more clearly than before.

Typical duration: a few days to a week, depending on what needs reviewing

Stage three

Scoped build

The actual work, built around what the audit found. Documented as it goes, so the result is something you understand and can use. Timeline depends entirely on what's being built and what else is already in progress, and gets discussed honestly during the audit rather than promised as a fixed number upfront.

Typical duration: discussed and scoped during the audit, not a fixed promise

Stage four

Launch and handoff

The finished build goes live, with a walkthrough so you actually understand what was built and how to use it day to day. Ongoing maintenance or further work is available through the Growth Retainer if you want it, never assumed.

Common questions about the process

Do I have to sign a contract before the discovery call?

No. The discovery call is free and comes with no commitment. Nothing is signed until after the audit defines a real scope, so you know exactly what you would be agreeing to.

How long does the whole process take, from call to launch?

It depends entirely on what the audit finds and how much is involved. With multiple clients in active work at any time, build timelines are scoped honestly during the audit rather than promised upfront as a fixed number of weeks.

What if the audit finds I don't actually need much done?

Then that's what gets said. The audit exists to find the truth of your situation, not to manufacture a reason to sell more work. If the honest answer is a small, focused fix, that's the recommendation.

Can I stop after the audit if I decide not to move forward?

Yes. The audit is its own deliverable. You walk away from it understanding your actual gaps either way, whether or not you choose to move forward with the build.

What do you need from me during the build?

It varies by what's being built, but generally access to whatever platforms are involved, your branding and any existing assets, and availability for a short check-in or two. You are never expected to manage the project day to day.
